   DB Tomato is equipped with advanced control systems such as automatic melting, filling and sealing, sterilization, and CIP cleaning. With 16 production lines and 10 flexible packaging production lines, we can produce Tinplate cans ranging from 60g to 4.5kg and aluminum foil flexible packaging from 30g to 3kg in different specifications. our factory has a daily processing capacity of 600 tons and a daily production capacity of 30 containers.

Our Tomato paste is extra-thick and rich texture , made from all-natural ,vine-ripened non GMO fresh tomatoes,which is a culinary secret that will flavor to your recipes .

Concentrated  tomato paste is really just  tomatoes that have been cooked down.

From Material Suction--Vacuum Mixing -Pasteurization-Filling and Sealing-Sterilization-Packing

For tomato paste tin size , among 70g to 4.5kg  ,for different occassion usage .

For tomato paste apperance , we have normal lid and easy open lid .

For Canned Tomato paste  , we choose Color printing  tin, painted white inside and golden color lids; to keep  paste good color.

For tomato paste master carton , we use thicker cartons and pass the Drop Test.

For tomato paste container-loading , Full containers will be loaded.

All our  tomato paste raw material are made from all-Natural , 100% fresh riped tomatoes .

There is long sunshine time and large scale cultivation , which can keep tomatoes in good color and high lycophene .

 Our tomato paste factory  have HACCP, ISO , BRC, FDA, KOSHER certification  etc.
